Persona raises $10m for a personal AI assistant and wearable

Persona has raised $10 million in a round led by Vine Ventures, with Cory Levy and Collective Global participating. Founder Zach Yadegari began working on the company after leaving MyFitnessPal, which acquired his previous startup Cal AI earlier in 2026.
The assistant launched as a free iMessage beta and is preparing a $179 wearable band expected in December. Yadegari told TechCrunch it had attracted a few thousand beta users and five figures in band preorder revenue.
Persona is exploring advertising in shopping results as a source of revenue. That places its financing behind a consumer product still testing how to turn delegated everyday tasks into a sustainable business.
