OpenAI closes $122 billion round in committed capital
The financing backs AI infrastructure, model development and deployment.
OpenAI announced on March 31, 2026 that it had closed a funding round with $122 billion in committed capital at an $852 billion post-money valuation.
Amazon, NVIDIA and SoftBank anchored the financing, with Microsoft also participating. The company will use the capital to expand AI compute and develop models and products.
