OMass Therapeutics raises $310m Series C to advance endocrine and immune therapies
Bain Capital Life Sciences, Forbion and Novo Holdings co-lead the financing as OMass moves its internally discovered drug candidates toward clinical proof.
Backing the transition into clinical development
The oversubscribed round brings six new investors alongside seven returning backers. It gives OMass funding to test whether its discovery platform can translate into differentiated medicines, with clinical data from two programmes central to the next stage.
The syndicate also changes the board. Bain Capital Life Sciences’ Evan Greif and Forbion’s Audrey Cacaly will become directors; Novo Holdings’ Max Klement and SV Health Investors’ Ali Jazayeri will take observer seats. The company announced the financing on 15 October, reporting $310 million and a £230 million equivalent.
