OMass Therapeutics
United Kingdom · Biotech
OMass Therapeutics develops small-molecule medicines for endocrine and immune diseases using a platform that measures drug targets in their biological surroundings.
Measuring targets with their biological partners
OdyssION combines biochemistry, native mass spectrometry and custom chemistry to study how compounds bind to drug targets and change their function. It preserves relevant lipids, regulatory molecules and protein partners outside the cell, allowing researchers to measure interactions while retaining biological context.
OMass uses the platform to build its own drug pipeline. Lead candidate OMS1620 targets the MC2 receptor in congenital adrenal hyperplasia and ACTH-dependent Cushing’s syndrome and is advancing into clinical development. An earlier-stage SLC15A4 programme targets lupus and related immune conditions.
