Domestic magnets for industrial equipment

Noveon supplies magnetic materials used in motors, vehicles, wind turbines, robotics and data-storage equipment. Its closed-loop manufacturing approach supports reuse of materials alongside domestic magnet production.

Capacity expansion and shareholder liquidity

One Investment Management contributes $200 million of the $215 million financing. The transaction also facilitates secondary share sales. Recent commercial milestones include multi-year supply agreements with General Motors and ABB and partnerships with Lynas and Solvay.
