Noggin HQ raises £2.3 million seed round
Blackfinch Ventures leads the financing as the company launches its credit assessment technology to UK lenders.
FCA credit-reference authorisation gives Noggin a route to supply cashflow-based information to regulated lenders. The milestone comes as it moves beyond pilot projects toward recurring commercial relationships.
Founders Evangeline Atkinson and Laura Mills started the company after being refused credit despite having jobs and paying their bills. Their experience informs its focus on people whose ability to repay is poorly represented by a short borrowing record.
