NIPPONIA Operations forms capital and business alliance with Holonic
The Japanese heritage hospitality operator and the company behind SETRE will combine hotel management, staff development and regional tourism experience.
NIPPONIA Operations and Holonic, operator of the SETRE hotel brand, have entered a capital and business alliance announced on 6 November 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The partners will work on hotel management, operating systems, staff development, service quality and customer acquisition. Their first practical site is NIPPONIA Fukusumi Shukubamachi in Tamba-Sasayama, with plans to apply the experience to other locations.
NIPPONIA Operations brings its work with historic buildings and local culture; Holonic contributes experience operating community-focused hotels. The partnership aims to develop accommodation businesses that preserve each location’s character while supporting sustainable operations.
