USD.AI announced a $34 million, three-year debt facility for NexGen Cloud on June 25, 2026. The non-recourse financing supports GPU infrastructure in Sweden.

The facility is secured by the underlying GPUs and contracted cash flows. NexGen Cloud operates AI computing infrastructure through private deployments and its Hyperstack on-demand platform.
