Körber takes strategic stake in fleet software company NAiSE
The investment deepens a partnership around mixed fleets of warehouse robots and manually operated vehicles.
A strategic investor for warehouse software
Körber has announced an investment in NAiSE, the German software company that coordinates warehouse and factory vehicle fleets. Financial terms and the size of the stake were not disclosed.
The partnership connects NAiSE’s manufacturer-independent fleet software with Körber’s warehouse solutions. The companies also plan to explore further intralogistics applications, including humanoid robotics.
NAiSE’s founders will continue to run the company. It will retain its identity and work with other system integrators and vehicle manufacturers as it expands internationally.
