Metycle secures $150 million credit facility from Rivonia Road Capital
The facility finances eligible metal trades from supplier payment through buyer settlement.
Capital across the trade cycle
The credit facility covers the working-capital gap between paying suppliers and receiving payment from buyers. That structure lets Metycle support larger transactions and increase the flow of secondary copper and aluminium to industrial customers.
Metycle combines commodity trading with physical upgrading, including AI-enabled sorting and spectroscopy. Its TrustTrack records connect material identity and quality with processing, custody and logistics information at batch level.
A linked supply chain
The company participates in the physical movement and verification of metals as well as their purchase and sale. Batch-level records help counterparties follow material through the transaction, while the facility gives Metycle room to finance eligible trades through settlement.
