Mantic raises $25 million seed round for AI forecasting
The financing will scale a system that turns changing global events into probability-based outlooks for decision-makers.
How the product works
Mantic combines research and machine learning to forecast political, economic, business, policy, technology and cultural events. Rather than offer a single-point prediction, the system assigns probabilities, explains its reasoning and references evidence, then monitors new information as conditions change.
What the funding enables
That process is aimed at business and government teams that need to compare possible outcomes and adjust plans under uncertainty. Mantic says its system performed strongly in the 2026 Metaculus Cup; the seed round gives the company capital to develop the forecasting technology and integrations.
