Maasi raises ₹6 crore to expand home childcare in Bengaluru
Better Capital led the pre-seed round, with Antler India and individual investors backing caregiver recruitment, training and technology.
Capital for caregivers and operations
Maasi has raised ₹6 crore in pre-seed financing led by Better Capital, with participation from Antler India. The company plans to recruit and train more caregivers, build its technology and expand its Bengaluru team.
Individual investors included Rishikesh SR, Vaibhav Khandelwal, Sumit Khandelwal, Siddhant Goyal and Sanjay Ramakrishnan.
Supporting families at home
Founded in 2025 by Aashu Manchali, Gargi Pandey and Reshov Roy, Maasi arranges home childcare through caregivers it verifies, trains and supports. Families can book short-notice care or longer subscriptions.
The operating model depends on recruiting and supporting caregivers as well as matching them with families. The new funding will expand both that workforce and the technology used to manage the service.
