Investly raises about PLN4.2 million in seed funding
VO2 Ventures leads the Warsaw fintech’s financing alongside IPOPEMA Fund Services and private investors.
The financing brings traditional capital-market investors into a business seeking to distribute digital-asset products through established advisory relationships. Maciej Duda, Maciej Zientara and Michał Jakubowski also participated.
Investly planned its first commercial implementations for late September and early October 2026. Working with advisory partners gives the company a route to clients who already rely on professional support when evaluating investment products.
