Immoly secures Vonovia backing for AI property management
The Berlin startup gains support from a major housing operator while building software for independent landlords and smaller property managers. The investment amount is undisclosed.
A housing operator backs an external platform
Vonovia announced its support for Immoly on August 13, following the startup’s formation with help from its Venture Studio. Immoly identifies Vonovia SE as its main investor since summer 2026; subsequent coverage by Deutsche Startups confirmed an investment of undisclosed size.
The relationship brings property-industry experience alongside the Venture Studio’s support for company formation, financing and market entry. Vonovia describes the platform as serving landlords and management firms outside its own core operations.
A separate route to smaller landlords
Immoly’s product organizes the administrative work around rental properties using AI. The commercial target is the landlord or smaller manager who needs help coordinating that work across a portfolio.
Vonovia says the platform is separate from its operational IT systems. The announcement therefore describes backing for a product aimed at an external customer base, rather than a rollout across Vonovia’s own housing portfolio.
