A different connection to the grid

Heron Link uses power semiconductors and a modular design to connect low-voltage DC equipment to medium-voltage AC grids. It is intended to replace layers of conventional electrical equipment in solar, storage and data center installations.

Building manufacturing capacity

The Scotts Valley company will use the financing to establish an automated domestic manufacturing facility. It reported more than 40 GW of early customer interest; that figure describes demand under discussion, rather than completed installations.
