The angel financing preceded its angel-plus round; both were announced together in June 2026.
Fuxi Quantum disclosed an earlier angel financing in its 22 June 2026 announcement, alongside a subsequent angel-plus round. Both financings were completed within a month. The amount allocated to the angel round was undisclosed.
The Shanghai company builds quantum-software workflows for industrial research. Its technology connects problem modelling and algorithms with execution and validation, with battery research among its initial industrial applications. INVESTARGET advised on the financings.
