Flyle raises ¥1.88bn Series A as it expands contact-centre AI
The new-share financing brings lifetime funding to approximately ¥2.27bn for the Japanese customer-experience software company.
From feedback analysis to handling requests
Flyle is extending its work from analysing customer conversations to helping complete service tasks. Its AI operator is designed to connect with internal systems for orders, changes and procedures, with formal availability scheduled for November.
The broader product set keeps analysis alongside execution: service-quality evaluation and customer research can expose recurring problems that other business teams need to fix. Existing investor ALL STAR SAAS FUND confirmed an additional investment in the round.
