Flottando closes an undisclosed pre-seed round led by HFGA
The company’s AI fleet software handles administrative work across finance, HR, procurement and IT, linking vehicle documents and costs to the systems businesses already use.
Fleet administration, carried through
Flottando’s system reads invoices, lease contracts, registration documents and fines, then links each item to the right vehicle, driver, legal entity and cost centre. It can classify fleet invoices and send the accounting data into ERP systems, while centralising fringe-benefit calculations and flagging mileage limits before lease penalties arise.
Italy as a demanding first market
Flottando says it chose Italy to validate the model in a market where tax rules, fringe-benefit treatment and multi-entity fleet contracts make administration especially involved. The company had spent three years bootstrapping and says its platform was already operating at hundreds of businesses before HFGA became its first institutional investor.
