Flottando brings vehicle and driver records, fuel and toll cards, contracts, invoices, fines and deadlines into one system. Teams can import documents and have the platform extract and associate information with the relevant vehicle, driver or cost centre. Dashboards give HR, procurement, facilities, finance and IT department-specific views of the same underlying fleet data.

The software supports everyday tasks such as driver assignment, license checks, fringe-benefit administration, contract renewals, invoice coding, fine allocation and maintenance reminders. It calculates vehicle-level costs and reporting data, and exports information to existing HR, payroll and accounting tools through integrations and public APIs.

Designed for businesses without a fleet silo

Flottando targets companies where fleet responsibilities are split across departments and information is duplicated across spreadsheets and disconnected systems. Its website says hundreds of companies use the product and describes a remote-first team with strong Italian roots. The platform is commercially available; a financing announcement describes an institutional pre-seed following customer deployments and a bootstrapped period.
