AI agents for institutional credit work

F2 connects financial models, data rooms, investment memos, credit files and third-party data in a shared intelligence layer. Its agents support screening, underwriting and portfolio workflows for credit asset managers, banks and other financial institutions. The investment accompanies a strategic partnership with Golub Capital; it is separate from the company's previously announced seed financing.
