Enigmata raises $6.5m seed round for encrypted-data AI tools

Running AI workflows over encrypted information
Enigmata Cipher converts records, documents and datasets into an encrypted representation that AI, analytics and search tools can use on existing enterprise hardware without exposing the underlying plaintext. The company says its approach maintains raw-data accuracy, can improve training speed by 8% to 10%, and supports targeted record deletion without retraining a model from scratch.
Enigmata says the product is available to selected enterprise design partners, with intended applications across healthcare, banking, insurance, life sciences and publishing. The seed funding is intended to support commercialization and a broader platform footprint.
