EnforceShield raises €1.7m seed to automate online IP enforcement
The funding backs AI agents that move brand-protection cases from detecting infringement through takedown and monitoring, with human review for exceptions.
Detection connected to enforcement
EnforceShield identifies counterfeit listings, unauthorised sellers, copied content and phishing sites across online channels. Its AI agents apply legal and platform rules, then manage the case through takedown and follow-up monitoring; people handle exceptions and more complex matters.
That workflow is designed for brand and intellectual-property teams that otherwise coordinate discovery, legal review and platform complaints across separate tools. By linking detection to action, the platform aims to make enforcement repeatable while keeping difficult decisions available for human review.
Building for broader IP protection
The €1.7 million seed round was backed by FIRSTPICK VC and Vendep Capital. EnforceShield plans to extend its agents to repeat offenders and escalations, broaden coverage across the IP lifecycle and expand commercially in the United States.
