Enakl Raises $2.3M in Seed Funding

The Moroccan operator is turning its transport technology into SaaS for fleet operators and large employers, while expanding deployments with companies and public partners.

From a commute request to a shared route

Passengers provide their departure point, workplace and desired arrival time. The service then supplies a nearby pick-up location and minibus schedule. Enakl has used its platform to run shared transport networks, building experience with customers and drivers before offering the technology more broadly.

Taking the software beyond its own service

The new financing supports a SaaS product, larger commercial deployments and trials of new ride-pooling and fleet models. Azur Innovation Fund, Witamax and MFounders joined existing investors Catalyst Fund and Digital Africa. The round closed in December 2025 and was publicly reported in January 2026.
