USD.AI announced a $98.1 million debt facility supporting Duos Edge AI on June 5, 2026. The three-year financing backs the deployment of 2,304 NVIDIA B300 GPUs.

Duos Edge AI will operate the physical infrastructure, while Hydra Host will manage GPU services and workload operations. The non-recourse facility is secured by GPU infrastructure and associated contracts.
