Teachers’ Venture Growth made its second investment in Darwinbox after first backing the company in 2025. Financial terms of the follow-on investment were not disclosed.

Darwinbox reports serving more than 1,400 companies and 4.5 million employees. Its next product phase includes Cortex, with pilots at Visteon and Transcarent, as the company adds AI-driven intelligence and workflow execution to its HR platform.
