Darwinbox

A shared system for the employee lifecycle

Darwinbox brings HR processes into one cloud platform, covering hiring, onboarding, workforce management, payroll and talent development. Employees and managers use mobile and web tools while HR teams manage records and workflows across the organisation.

Its newer Cortex offering adds AI assistance and workflow execution to that platform. The company is developing the system with pilot customers and technology partners, connecting employee questions and tasks with the relevant HR context.
