CtrlS reported to secure ₹5,500 crore project debt for Hyderabad
State Bank of India and Central Bank of India finance the data centre campus expansion.
CtrlS Datacenters secured ₹5,500 crore in project debt for its Hyderabad campus, the Financial Express reported on July 26, 2026, citing bank sources. SBI sanctioned ₹4,000 crore and Central Bank of India ₹1,500 crore.
The banks planned to begin with project finance and later move to lending backed by rental income. That structure ties the financing to the campus’s development and eventual lease revenues. CtrlS’s chief executive confirmed construction was under way but declined to discuss the debt arrangements.
