Critical Materials Group is building modular, automation-ready production systems for military energetics. The platform is designed to help established manufacturers and defense primes add domestic production capacity through repeatable systems that can be deployed and expanded as needs change.
Overmatch Ventures led the $10.3 million seed round. Critical Materials Group will use the funding to develop and commission its production platform, grow its engineering and operations team and advance regulatory milestones, positioning the company to contribute additional U.S. manufacturing capacity.
