Corridor raises $25m seed to build a health-benefits brokerage for small businesses
The startup pairs human benefits advisers with AI agents as it prepares for the US small-business enrollment season.
Benefits support for smaller employers
Corridor combines human health-benefits advisers with AI agents that handle administrative tasks such as checking provider networks, scheduling care and updating insurance information. The service is built for small businesses and their employees, a segment the company says traditional brokerages often overlook because smaller accounts generate less commission.
The $25 million seed round will fund the brokerage and its AI-agent platform ahead of the fourth-quarter health-plan selection season. Corridor is preparing to help employers compare coverage and support employees through enrollment and ongoing benefits administration.
