ClaimQI closes nearly $500k seed round for claims intelligence
CQuence Health and private investors backed the Nebraska company’s platform for citation-backed health-plan claim review.
Claims decisions linked to coverage rules
ClaimQI checks health insurance claims against coverage rules, billing codes and policy language, then returns a determination with citations to the supporting material. The company says this approach is designed to help payment-integrity teams investigate potential fraud, waste and abuse while keeping claims data itself outside the AI model.
The seed round closed at just under $500,000 and will support the ClaimQI Platform and Payer Portal across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Medigap and self-funded ERISA markets. A separate $150,000 Nebraska grant remains pending final approval and is not part of the closed round.
