Circleback links conversation capture with the tools teams use after a meeting. Its automations can identify a customer request and create a task or update a customer record.
Users connect a calendar and choose which meetings to capture, or import a recording. Search across the resulting notes is designed to make decisions and information from earlier conversations easier to retrieve.
