Churn Solution Raises Seed Investment to Build Subscription Retention Tools
Ibtikar Fund is backing a platform that combines churn analysis with cancellation, reactivation and failed-payment recovery workflows.
Interventions at the point of churn
Churn Solution combines visibility into why subscribers leave with workflows that can respond to those reasons. Its cancellation flows present personalised offers when a customer tries to leave, while reactivation and payment-recovery flows address customers who have already churned or whose payments failed.
Retention insight for non-technical teams
The platform also analyzes feedback and session recordings to surface sentiment and cancellation-intent trends. A no-code flow builder lets teams design and test retention journeys without engineering support, and an MCP integration lets users query retention data through AI assistants.
Early reach beyond its home market
Founded in 2025, the company says it launched its first product within three months and already has paying customers internationally. The seed investment marks a step from an initial retention product toward a broader platform for subscription businesses, with e-commerce integrations among the opportunities it is exploring.
