Cellbox Solutions completes €5m Series A
The final close brings the round to €5m, following approximately €3.5m raised in March.
Cellbox Solutions has completed the final closing of its Series A, bringing total proceeds to €5 million. The total includes the approximately €3.5 million first close announced in March 2026.
The October close attracted members of Baltic Business Angels Invest GmbH, a Canadian family office and an undisclosed investor with pharmaceutical logistics experience. Existing investors NRW.BANK and Fraunhofer Venture also participated. Companisto led the first closing.
The funding will support an expanded warm-chain logistics offering and growth in Europe, Asia and North America. Cellbox plans to combine its transportable incubators with rental, monitoring, fleet management and shipment coordination services.
Its systems keep living cells, tissues and other biological materials under controlled temperature and carbon dioxide conditions during transport. The company says more than 400 Cellbox systems are already in the market.
