Cato raises €6 million to expand its AI tender platform
The platform brings tender discovery and AI-assisted bid preparation into one workspace for public-sector sales teams.

Cato brings tender notices from multiple sources into a structured search flow and filters opportunities against a supplier’s sectors, capabilities and company history. Teams can analyze requirements, market context and competitors before deciding where to bid.
The platform then supports forms, document organization and the drafting of technical and financial bid materials. Keen Venture Partners led the €6 million seed round; Italian Founders Fund, Vento, Heartfelt and B-Heroes also participated.
Expansion for public-sector sales
The funding will expand Cato’s AI platform for suppliers pursuing public contracts. By joining tender discovery with bid preparation, the software supports teams from deciding whether an opportunity fits through assembling a response.
