CareTech Human awarded PLN 50,000 through Connect Poland Prize

The grant backed development of CareTech Human’s passive urinary monitoring platform through its Polish company Artnose.

CareTech Human was awarded PLN 50,000 through the Connect Poland Prize acceleration programme on 21 October 2022. Lubelski Park Naukowo-Technologiczny provided the grant to Artnose, the Polish company established by CareTech Human’s founders.

The funding supported further development of a platform that monitors urinary health during everyday toilet use. Its device clips to a toilet bowl and collects measurements automatically, while software tracks changes in urinary symptoms and makes reports available to authorised doctors. The company aims to make ongoing monitoring easier for people managing conditions such as an overactive bladder or an enlarged prostate.
