CapQuest closes $1 million pre-seed round for equity management software
Oraseya Capital and AMKM Family Office led the Dubai startup’s round to support product development and international expansion.
CapQuest announced the close of a $1 million pre-seed round on 20 October 2026, led by Oraseya Capital and AMKM Family Office. The Dubai company will use the capital to develop its equity management software and expand internationally.
The platform brings cap tables, employee equity plans, vesting schedules and shareholder communications into one workspace. It helps founders maintain ownership records and model the effect of fundraising, while employees and investors can follow their equity positions.
Founded by Antoine Bruna, Marco Banfi and Anvita Varshney, CapQuest said it was serving companies across 11 countries at the time of the announcement. Its expansion targets demand from businesses managing fundraising and increasingly complex ownership structures.
