ByteAsk raises $1m Pre-seed round led by Y Combinator and Entrepreneur First
The financing will support coding-agent development, engineering hires and infrastructure for security-sensitive customers.
Building the infrastructure around the coding agents
Y Combinator and Entrepreneur First led ByteAsk’s $1 million pre-seed financing, with angel investors also participating. The founders started the company after selling their previous business, LawSutra AI, to Manupatra.
Alongside AI research and engineering hires, ByteAsk plans to invest in GPU compute, training data and enterprise security and privacy infrastructure. On-premises deployment is part of that development agenda for customers working with sensitive C and C++ software.
