Multiple approaches to difficult cancer targets

Breakthru is building a molecular-glue platform alongside small-molecule programs and new payloads for antibody-drug conjugates. The research focuses on areas affecting many cancer patients where current targeted therapies have had limited success.

Moving the company beyond stealth

The Series A follows an earlier undisclosed seed round. Founded by Steve Potts, Mark Mulvihill and Brian Barnett, the company brings together experience in oncology drug discovery, clinical development and companion diagnostics.
