Boldfit raises over ₹400 crore for its next stage in Indian sports retail

Bharat Value Fund leads the Series B, with Bessemer Venture Partners investing again.

A wider sports business takes shape

Boldfit has built a catalogue that connects home fitness equipment with sportswear and athletic footwear. The next phase puts greater weight on a physical retail presence, where customers can try products and encounter several categories together rather than arrive through a single online listing.

Founder Pallav Bihani describes the ambition as building an Indian sports brand able to compete internationally. The new financing adds Bharat Value Fund to that effort while retaining Bessemer’s backing, moving the company beyond the institutional funding round it raised in 2024.
