Moving data with light
TeraPHY converts electrical signals from processors or accelerators into optical signals carried over fiber, with SuperNova supplying the light source. The components can be integrated alongside customer chips through established packaging flows, helping AI systems move data between processors and GPUs while reducing interconnect power and bandwidth constraints.
