Autobia raises $12m Series A for Saudi auto-parts platform

Artal Capital led the round, with Aljazira Capital and Wa’ed Ventures participating.

Autobia has raised $12 million in a Series A round led by Artal Capital, joined by Aljazira Capital and Wa’ed Ventures. The financing follows the company’s $2.5 million seed round in 2023.

The Saudi company is building an operating platform around how parts merchants buy stock and collect payment. It combines supplier access and fulfilment with payment terms for inventory, while connecting merchants to licensed providers that support instalment purchases by their customers.

This links the movement of physical inventory with working capital: a merchant can source and receive parts through Autobia while managing when cash leaves and returns to the business. The new round supports a wider rollout of that model across Saudi Arabia.
