Aukera adds ₹90 crore in debt for its next retail expansion

Alteria Capital led the July 2026 financing alongside InnoVen Capital, Lighthouse Canton and an unnamed bank.

Aukera raised ₹90 crore in debt financing in July 2026, following the $15 million equity investment announced in June 2025. The new financing supports a jewellery retailer whose physical footprint had grown substantially between the two raises.

The company operates its own stores rather than relying solely on online distribution. Each additional location requires stock, a customer-facing team and the infrastructure connecting store and online sales. The financing therefore accompanies the working-capital demands of a wider retail network.

Founder and CEO Lisa Mukhedkar framed the expansion around reaching more cities while maintaining the brand’s focus on quality and customer trust.
