Aria adds €240 million in debt facilities for European invoice financing
Nomura leads a securitisation vehicle as Aria expands the capital available to finance invoices inside B2B platforms.
Two vehicles expand lending capacity
Aria announced €240 million in debt facilities on July 9, 2026, to expand invoice financing across Europe. The package spans two vehicles: a bankruptcy-remote securitisation fund led by Nomura with Fost, and a separate vehicle backed by Sienna and Montpensier Arbevel.
The €240 million represents financing capacity across the two vehicles. Aria also announced a separate €7 million Series A equity extension led by 115K, with participation from 13books Capital, bringing its Series A total to €22 million.
Pay suppliers sooner within existing platforms
Aria embeds invoice purchases in B2B marketplaces and business software. Suppliers can receive payment promptly while buyers settle later, including on 30-, 60- or 90-day terms. The company handles underwriting, collections, credit-risk protection and payment reconciliation through its platform.
