Aptatek Biosciences holds initial financing close for PheCheck studies
Canterbury Scientific and Longview Innovation led the financing to support clinical evaluation and further development of the home-monitoring programme.
Clinical data ahead of a planned submission
Aptatek completed an initial financing close led by Canterbury Scientific and Longview Innovation. The amount, currency and financing instrument were not disclosed.
The company will use the capital for clinical evaluation and continued development of PheCheck. At the announcement, Aptatek expected to complete its ongoing study before year-end and use the results to support a planned FDA submission. Breakthrough Device Designation does not constitute clearance: PheCheck remains investigational.
