Xinglian Capital and Huakong co-led the financing to expand the company’s ATaaS platform and computing capacity.
Approaching.AI announced a Pre-Series A financing on May 20, 2026, describing the amount as several hundred million yuan. Xinglian Capital and Huakong co-led the round. Honghui, Tianhao Energy, Shangshi Capital, Tianjin Renai Hongsheng and Hangzhou Fucheng participated, while existing investor GL Ventures added to its investment.
The funds will support upgrades to ATaaS, the company’s platform for delivering model inference, along with additional computing capacity and underlying systems. The Beijing company focuses on making model output reliable enough for production workloads, including structured responses and function calls.
Its infrastructure combines hardware scheduling, shared caching and workload isolation to improve inference performance. The company said it was already serving enterprise deployments of models including GLM and Kimi.
