Zhenzhi Capital leads Approaching.AI’s angel financing
The Beijing company will use the funding to develop and commercialize its model-inference acceleration platform.
Approaching.AI announced an angel financing led by Zhenzhi Capital on August 20, 2024. The size and instrument of the investment were not disclosed.
The company develops inference software and integrated computing systems for enterprise use of large language models. Its early products focus on retrieval-augmented generation, where models work with a company’s own information to support tasks such as knowledge-base search and customer service.
The financing will support further research and development and commercialization of the inference platform. Founded in 2023, the company is led by Tsinghua-trained CEO Ai Zhiyuan.
