AMentoria raises $196,000 seed round to expand its exam-preparation platform
The Brazilian education company pairs individualized mentoring with performance data to help students prepare for university entrance exams.
Study support tailored to each student
AMentoria combines exam-preparation materials with one-to-one mentoring for students pursuing Brazilian university places, particularly in medicine. Mentors help students organize study around classes, practice exams and exercise results, while the platform gives both sides a shared view of progress and gaps.
A school channel gains traction
The company says it has supported more than 1,000 medical-school admissions and delivered over 40,000 mentoring sessions. School partnerships have also doubled monthly recurring revenue in recent months, giving AMentoria a distribution route beyond direct student enrollment. The seed financing is aimed at expanding the platform as that institutional channel grows.
