Ahron raises €2.2m seed round led by Cusp Capital
HR industry angel Sabine Kohleisen joins the round. The company reports more than €1m in recurring annual revenue since the beginning of 2026.
Ahron places a process layer above an enterprise’s existing HR systems. Through its partnership with Celonis, it uses process intelligence to give agents the context needed to move work between applications, rather than automating an isolated step without the surrounding employee workflow.
Cusp Capital says agents are already live with enterprise customers in the US and Europe. That operating experience is distinct from Ahron’s continuing work on a central control layer for policies and guardrails, as HR vendors introduce their own agents into recruiting, payroll and other employee processes.
