How HR teams automate work across their systems
Ahron helps enterprise HR teams complete processes that cross several applications, such as moving a new hire from recruiting into core HR, payroll and IT provisioning. Built on Celonis process intelligence, it first maps how work actually flows and where it stalls, then gives agents the context to carry out tasks across the connected systems. Its product design includes policy checks, human approval where required and an action log; decisions about people stay with the HR team.
An organization can begin with a process export to establish a baseline before connecting live systems. Staff continue working in channels such as Teams, Slack and email, while integrations span HR software including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow. Investor Cusp Capital says agents are already live with enterprise customers in Europe and the US. Ahron is continuing to develop its central control layer and guardrails as it expands these deployments.
