Agibank completes R$500m public financial-bill issuance
Its seventh issuance was split into two series with maturities of two and three years.
Agibank announced settlement of a R$500m public financial-bill issuance in a June 15 release. The transaction was the bank’s seventh such issue and supplies funding for its credit operations.
The two series carry terms of 24 and 36 months, paying CDI plus 0.60% and CDI plus 0.75% a year respectively. The bank said demand allowed pricing ten basis points below the maximum rates in the offer.
The issuance adds to Agibank’s recurring debt-market funding channels. Its loan book stood at R$35.5bn in March 2026, up 30% from a year earlier, according to the issuer.
